Pain Formula Plus contains the herbs you would expect (in highly concentrated form): yan hu suo, jiang huang, ru xiang, mo yao. Additionally, it contains ultramicronized PEA, a compound that belongs to the endocannabinoid family. PEA, a fatty acid molecule, occurs naturally in foods, e.g., eggs, soy, meat. It has been investigated for its anti-inflammatory effects and its neuroprotective abilities. It was discovered by Nobel Prize winner Levi-Montalcini.The result is a broad-acting formula that is well designed to help with multiple types of pain.
